I created my first Prezi presentation for the Healthy Steps program at Westat. It was fun and a good change from PowerPoint. If you haven't tried it, I highly recommend it. I feel like the audience was very attentive to the talk. I got positive feedback and one of my colleagues also told me how she used one of our tips.
The first half of the presentation written by my team member, Deirdre, provides tips on how to use My Fitness Pal to monitor and change your diet. The second part focuses on strategies to maintain a healthy diet in different situations. Of course, my words to the talk are not included, but I still think you can understand it without them.
